Abdulaziz Alrasheed, Advisory Unit Director, Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities
"I was honored to be nominated among the first group to attend the Saudi Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme. The programme was different to any other training programme I have attended. It was special in many ways, one of which was the level of the trainees who came from a wide range of Saudi organizations, providing a great opportunity to learn from their local experiences and to create a diverse network of leaders and experts.
The programme was tailor made to accommodate both the Saudi local environment and the global advancements in management and leadership, within the framework of the distinguished academic excellence of Oxford University.
I have gained a lot from this programme, and the way I look at the issues and challenges I and my organisation are facing, has changed dramatically. I am sure that this kind of programme is what my country needs to be more competitive globally.
Thank you Rakisa. Thank you Oxford for a job well done." |
