The SOAMLP modules are led and facilitated by experienced international faculty from the Saïd Business School, CEOs and Ministers from UK and KSA. The programme follows the University’s well-known tradition of reflection-based learning, in which individuals receive personal coaching from their tutors and experts.
Dr Lalit Johri, Programme Director

Lalit Johri is Fellow in International Business at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School and Director, Saudi Oxford Executive Programmes. He is also Director of
the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme. His research, teaching and consulting
experience is in the fi eld of international business and his research focus has been on growth strategies of international companies in the automobile, telecom services, processed food and public utilities sectors.
Besides his engagement with Oxford, he is Professor of International Business at the Asian Institute of technology (AIT) where he teaches on the PhD and DBA programmes. He was also the founder director of AIT’s Executive MBA programme. Prior to joining the AIT, he was full professor at Delhi University, India. He holds an MSc in Physics and a Masters and PhD in Business Administration. Recipient of several fellowships, in 1998 he was selected as Aspen Scholar by the Aspen Institute, Washington, USA for outstanding professional accomplishments and public contributions.
