The programme will be directed and taught by faculty who are engaged in international research into key management issues and have many years experience of executive management education. Faculty from across the University of Oxford will contribute to the programme.

 Owen Darbishire
Owen Darbishire is the Rhodes Trust University Lecturer in Management Studies and a Fellow of Pembroke College. His research and writing focuses on how labour markets, employment patterns and work are changing and how corporations respond to pressures like new technology, increased competition and the deregulation of markets. Current projects include a six country study of changes to labour and employment law and the extent of international convergence. Owen is a past director of the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme. He currently teaches core courses on the MBA and EMBA, as well as the Oxford High Performance Leadership programme and the Oxford Diploma in Organisational Leadership, where he lectures on decision making and team dynamics.

 Pegram Harrison
Pegram Harrison is a fellow in entrepreneurship at the Saïd Business School. A former entrepreneur and consultant, he conducts research and teaching on entrepreneurship and leadership in an entrepreneurial context. He also works on the intersection of business and social issues, and on projects relating to business education, particularly for women entrepreneurs n Muslim communities. Before joining Saïd Business School he was Director of the Emerging Leaders Programme at the London Business School. Prior to this he taught entrepreneurship and strategy at the European Business School, London, where he also ran various MA programmes and directed an entrepreneurship research unit.
