Prepare to realise your potential
How will you make the next leap forward in a demanding career? Expertise in your own role may not be enough; in order to make an impact you need to understand the wider landscape of management and your own leadership potential.
The Oxford Management Acceleration Programme
The Oxford Management Acceleration Programme is an innovative and intensive general management programme, designed to position you to move rapidly to the next level. The programme has been designed over three short modules, enabling you to combine study with demanding work commitments and apply what you learn immediately. You will deepen your knowledge of management theory, broaden your perspective and realise your leadership potential with intense critical thinking, creating a framework for management success.
Guided by top Saïd Business School faculty, you will learn key concepts in strategy, finance, marketing, organisational behaviour, entrepreneurship and leadership, building knowledge in the fundamentals of general management. You will learn more about how to manage yourself and others and, through coaching sessions in each module, develop a clear picture of how you want to develop as a leader.
The Oxford Management Acceleration Programme is about achieving success for you and for your organisation. It is an opportunity to enhance your performance, create greater value through your work and maximise the return on your organisation's investment in you.
Is this the right programme for you?
Participants will typically have between five and 15 years professional/work experience but, when choosing this programme, the most important factor to consider is whether it will help you make more impact and meet your own development needs. You may be stepping up to your first (significant) management role, or already managing a team but seeking to broaden your general management knowledge and develop your leadership potential.
