Sue Clark, Former SAP Project Manager, Ciber UK
"I embarked on the programme with some specific objectives in mind, to improve leadership skills, gain foresight to broaden strategic thinking, and become part of the Oxford Business Alumni for networking purposes. I was attracted to the programme because of its international nature and rewarded with a myriad of additional insights and a well balanced intellectual stimulus that would be hard to achieve in an environment other than the University of Oxford culture of 'challenge.'" |

Personal Development
Our focus in on your individual development, and a smaller learning group enables us to ensure you receive personalised attention from faculty while giving you the opportunity to contribute individual experiences within each session. We expect you to challenge wisdom and question concepts within lectures, however, your development will reach far beyond the ideas presented in class. You will find yourself immersed within a culturally diverse peer group who are abundant with different perspectives, insights, preferences and management styles - a rare opportunity to absorb a global view of our 21st Century leadership challenges.
Diversity
Oxford is able to attract a great geographical diversity of participants on this programme, often much greater than similar programmes around the world. With this advantage, comes a mix of representatives from private and public sector organisations, civil servants and entrepreneurs creating a very stimulating learning environment. This deliberate selection process ensures a unique development experience for Senior Managers who want to access an international network of peers and viewpoints.
The Healthy Option
While you will spend your days debating, discussing, sharing insights and reflecting upon session content, you will also have the opportunity to develop your fitness with a personal trainer. Our 'healthy body - healthy mind' ethos enables you to engage in fully supervised personal training sessions every morning, or simply use our all-weather tennis court, squash courts, gym and sauna for your leisure. Our campus is located within 37 acres of woodland, and there are many walking and jogging trails in the grounds leading in and out of the woods.
Beyond the Classroom
In keeping with the programme’s creative approach, your schedule makes time for a tour of the historic city of Oxford, England, with its stunning medieval colleges and streets, and you will attend prestigious dinners within our traditional colleges of the University of Oxford. An afternoon of creating thinking and expressive action will move you further into your learning journey, and you will have the opportunity for relaxation and reflection with peers and faculty most evenings, continuing your conversations after dinner.
