Welcome to Egrove Park

Egrove Park is Saïd Business School’s Executive Education Centre situated in its own grounds of 37 acres of parkland, two miles from Oxford City Centre. As a specialist executive centre, we understand the needs and priorities of executives. Our purpose-built centre provides a wide range of teaching rooms, from lecture theatres to small syndicate rooms suitable for break-out sessions. The Information Centre, accessible 24 hours a day offers an impressive facility where participants can read, study, access the internet, or simply engage with each other and faculty.

 

 
Accommodation

 
Egrove Park has 63 study bedrooms – 36 of which are split-level – with generous desk and seating provision. All rooms have en-suite facilities and are equipped with a telephone, networked broadband internet access, television and other essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

 
Cuisine

Egrove Park offers fine dining from a multi awarding winning kitchen. Renowned for its excellent food and wine menus; quality, variety and choice are the essentials of our cuisine.  We are happy to provide alternative menus for guests who have special dietary preferences.

Bars and Lounges

After dinner, groups may choose to withdraw, Oxford style, to a private lounge or the patio for a selection of port, brandy and malt whisky served with cheeses, exotic fruits and sweetmeats. A selection of teas, coffee and other beverages with biscuits are freely available at all times.


Guests may also enjoy relaxing in the West Lounge and watching satellite TV and DVDs on a TFT screen.

 
Leisure and Sports

Egrove Park has an all-weather surface suitable for tennis or football, a snooker room, two squash courts, a gym equipped with multi-gym, treadmill, rowing machines, resistance-type exercise equipment, and a sauna. Outside is a croquet lawn, and the 37-acre grounds are ideal for walking and jogging.

 
The City of Oxford

Oxford has a population of c.180,000. It is strongly identifiable as a university town, with its college spires and 15,000 students. Ancient and beautiful buildings dominate the city, but it is also home to light-industrial high-technology companies which have developed from University research or are attracted by the proximity of the University.

 
Facilities for Disabled People

There is wheelchair access and two bedrooms are available with specially adapted en-suite facilities. Hearling Loops: There is an induction loop fitted in the Clifford Barclay Lecture Theatre, through which all audio sources are passed and a fitted loop at Reception. A ‘Conversor’ portable discreet unit is also available.

 
Location and Travel

Oxford is 56 miles (90km) north-west of London, with excellent bus and rail services.
