The BA in Economics and Management is a three-year degree programme, delivered jointly by the Department of Economics and the Saïd Business School.

The first year consists of three compulsory courses:

These are examined at the end of the first year of study. The results of these examinations do not contribute to your final degree result.

Students must take eight more courses during the second and third years, known as Final courses. There are three compulsory economics Final courses, which all students must take. Students must also take at least two management Final courses, but there are no compulsory management courses. Students may choose any courses from those offered by Economics or the Saïd Business School within the Economics and Management programme for their remaining three courses. There is also the option to write a dissertation instead of taking one of the course options.

These courses are examined at the end of the third year. There are no re-sits.
