    Back To TopAm I eligible for a Skoll scholarship?
    To be eligible for the Skoll Scholarship, you must be accepted to the Oxford MBA programme, and meet the following criteria:
    1) Have started or worked in a social venture for 12 months or longer
    2) Demonstrate evidence of personal qualities strongly resonating with social entrepreneurship leadership
    3) Demonstrate how a business education will help further your career goals
    4) Demonstrate evidence of need for financial support

    Back To TopDo I have to take the GMAT to apply for scholarship?
    Yes, all the candidates are required to take the GMAT test for entry to Oxford’s MBA programme.

    The GMAT score ranges from 630 to 720 for Oxford’s MBA programme.

    No, there are no age restrictions to apply for the scholarship.

    Candidates whose first language is not English or who have not studied at an English speaking University are required to take either the TOEFL or IELTS tests.

    Yes, it is a full time course.

    Yes, send an email to the MBA admissions office stating your interest in applying for a scholarship and your application will be sent to us for consideration.

    No, the admission fee is waived only if you have been offered scholarship.

    Back To TopHow much is the scholarship for and what does it cover?
    The Scholarship is intended to provide college and course fees of £31,200. Additional funds are provided as a contribution towards living expenses.

    The Skoll Centre offers five scholarships every year.

    Back To TopI have been offered scholarship for this academic year but due to some personal reasons I can't attend the MBA programme. Can I take up my scholarship next year?
    No, you will have to reapply next year.

    Back To TopWhat is expected from scholarship recipients?
    Recipients are required to take all the social entrepreneurship elements of the MBA, including three courses and two major business projects on social entrepreneuership.  This amounts to approximately one-third of the whole MBA course content.

    Back To TopIf I do not receive a scholarship, can I still focus my MBA on social entrepreneurship?
    Of course! Only five students recieve scholarships, but countless students focus their MBAs on social entrepreneurship. Anyone can take one or all of our three MBA courses, receive support for your socially focused business projects, and benefit from the variety of co-curricular offerings. The only difference between Skollars’ and your MBA opportunities will be the funding.
