Over orientation week, new MBAs are welcomed to Said with an introduction to social innovation at Said and beyond. Renowned social entrepreneurs, MBA alumni and faculty all share their experiences and invite new MBAs to join the Said community of social innovators. Social Innovation Exploration Trip
You will have the chance to participate in an optional and additional four- to five-day trip to take a critical and intimate look at leading social ventures. Students will have the opportunity to engage with social entrepreneurs and get a first-hand look at some of the top enterprises. In the 2008-2009 year, students headed to the Bay Area, USA to meet with top social innovators. |

The Skoll World Forum
Each year up to 20 students are selected by their peers to attend the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship. The Forum is the world's premier event for social entrepreneurs, bringing together key actors in the business, policy, academic, and social space to accelerate impact. While space is limited, it is an unparallel opportunity to engage with the leading entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow. |
