Overview
Norman Askew recently retired as Chairman of IMI plc.
He has extensive international experience as CEO in the aerospace, automotive and power industries.
On returning from the USA in 1999, he was asked to become CEO of British Nuclear Fuels, a position he held until 2003, when he established a portfolio of interests. He is a former Chairman of Taylor Wimpey plc and the Board of Governors of Manchester University.
