Overview

Carol is a Partner and co-founder of The Inzito Partnership, a high level executive search firm, where she runs the Board Practice, specialising in the recruitment of Chief Executives, Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors and Finance Directors. She sold her previous business, Leonard Hull International, to Whitehead Mann, now part of Korn Ferry, in 2004, and remained with Whitehead Mann for five years, as Chairman of its Board Practice.

Carol was previously a Director of Norman Broadbent International for five years.  She spent four of those years in the Industrial & Commercial Practice and then became Head of Financial Services.  She holds a degree in International Relations from Southampton University.
