 Anthony Gordon Lennox

Overview

Anthony Gordon Lennox has spent the last ten years coaching business and political leaders in Britain and around the world on how to communicate more effectively. In 2003 he founded The Company Agency, a management consultancy specialising in communication, before establishing himself as an independent advisor to numerous chief executives and public figures. Anthony’s innovative technique has pioneered a new approach to leadership communication coaching for clients ranging from Vodafone and HSBC to M&C Saatchi and AEGON. He aided David Cameron in his successful bid to be the Leader of the Conservative Party, he coached Lord Coe in his London 2012 Olympic Campaign and worked closely with The Secretary General of the UN Ban Ki Moon on his communication techniques. He currently advises various leaders in the media, hospitality and finance industries on their communication, ranging from statement releases and speeches to delivery skills and coaching.

In tandem to his leadership coaching, and in response to increasing demand to work with his clients’ children, Anthony has recently launched a subsidiary business called AGL Communications to help young adults express themselves with confidence, with clarity and with self-awareness. Based in Central London, AGL Communications’ one-to-one coaching is breaking new ground in communication coaching for school students through to graduates and new recruits.

Anthony started his career at Channel 4 before moving to the BBC where he spent five years working on the flagship news and current affairs programme, Question Time. He is now a visiting fellow at Oxford University for Corporate Reputation; he is a founding member of The Leadership Council, he sits on the board for London’s Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and is a director of The Sir Isaac Newton Sixth-Form Free School in Norfolk which is set to open in 2013.
