Andrew Grant founded Tulchan in May 2000. Andrew has been advising public companies on their capital market communications and financial media relations for over fifteen years. In that time he has advised some of the UK's leading public companies including Marks and Spencer, Boots, Dixons, Diageo, Barclays, Sainsbury's, ScottishPower, SevernTrent, Whitbread and Prudential.
At Tulchan Andrew plays a leading role in advising companies on their M&A and other critical transactions. These have included the RBS Consortium acquisition of ABN Amro, the defence of Marks and Spencer, advising GE on their acquisition of Nycomed Amersham, PSA on their approach to P&O ports, and the NYSE's approach to Euronext.
