Overview

Carol is a Partner and co-founder of The Inzito Partnership. She was, until recently, head of Whitehead Mann’s Board Practice, specialising in the recruitment of Chief Executives, Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors and Finance Directors.

Prior to Whitehead Mann’s acquisition of Leonard Hull in April 2004, Carol was the Chief Executive and founder of Leonard Hull International. 

Carol was previously a Director of Norman Broadbent International for five years.  She spent four of those years in the Industrial & Commercial Practice and then became Head of Financial Services.  She holds a degree in International Relations from Southampton University.
