Michael Gill joined the Novak Druce Centre for Professional Service Firms in 2011, receiving the Centre's doctoral scholarship for the Oxford DPhil in Management Studies. His research focuses on the role of identity and organizational identification and the relationship of these concepts with stress and anxiety.
Prior to undertaking his research, Michael worked in sales and marketing management positions for FMCG companies (Unilever and PepsiCo). He also spent some time working with global consulting organizations as both a client and as a senior consultant (A.T. Kearney). During his time as a consultant he worked with a diverse range of businesses across industries, with engagements ranging from organizational redesign to manufacturing optimization.
