Johannes P. Huth joined KKR in 1999 and during that time has played a significant role in the development of ATU, Demag, Duales System Deutschland (DSD), KION, MTU Aero Engines, FL Selenia, NXP (formerly Philips Semiconductor), Wincor Nixdorf and Zumtobel. Currently he is on the board of directors of ATU, KION, NXP and ProSiebenSat.1.
Mr. Huth manages KKR's operations in Europe and is a member of the Investment and Management Committees. He started his professional career with Salomon Brothers in the Mergers and Acquisitions department in New York and London where he was a Vice President. Following that, he worked with Investcorp in London, where he was a member of their Management Committee and was jointly responsible for operations in Europe. While at Investcorp, Mr. Huth led a number of transactions in Europe. He holds a B.Sc. with highest honors from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
