 Stephen Todd 

Stephen Todd has been working with the Saïd Business School since 2003 as a Sector Consultant and Associate Fellow. In his capacity as an Associate Fellow, he mentors entrepreneurial MBAs and alumni and is involved in the MBA Entrepreneurship Project. He also teaches on the MBA Operations Management core course and is part of the Oxford team working with Zhejiang University on the Goldman Sachs funded 10,000 Women Entrepreneurship Certificate Program.

He has over 25 years experience working with technology-driven businesses, ranging from start-ups to global companies. He is a “blue collar” consultant who specialises in creating value and delivering measurable results. Projects he has worked on have generated quantifiable benefits worth over $100 million. He is founder and director of Operations Management Research and an Associate Director of Mindsheet. Prior to this he worked for seven years with management consultants PRTM and ten years with Hewlett-Packard.

He is a Senior Visiting Researcher at the Global Entrepreneurship Research Centre at Zhejiang University and has been a guest lecturer at the London Business School, Warwick Business School and the Warwick University Engineering Management Centre.

Todd has an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MBA from the London Business School.
