Overview
Olivier has extensive experience managing complex large-scale programmes with more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of definition, development, installation and support of Integrated Systems. He joined BT Health in October 2005 as part of an international team hired by BT to turn around, stabilise and expand all components of health-related business, including contract performance, system engineering, organisational and business development, process change and large-scale programme operations.
As Major Programme Practice Chief Technical Officer, Olivier is responsible for providing innovation and technology leadership. In addition, Olivier and his team manages end to end technical assurance, drives efficiencies across technologies to support service delivery and provides translation of technology into customer advantages.
Olivier, former London Programme C.O.O., played a significant role in the NHS London Programme recovery by restoring customer confidence, including the first Acute Trust deployments.
Olivier previously worked for Air Command Systems International, a transatlantic joint venture between French and American systems companies, Thales and Raytheon. As Director of System Engineering and Hardware, Olivier was responsible for, among other things, building a common architecture for NATO's air command and control system.
He graduated from École Centrale (French Engineering University) and received his PhD from Lille University. He has published multiple international articles on Real time Optimised Control Laws and was an instructor of System Engineering and Programme Management at Thales University for eight years.
