Abstract: High performance in responsible business is defined by delivery rather than means. Whilst great progress has been made in assessing and calibrating responsible business practice, the emphasis continues to focus on process rather than performance and compliance rather than value creation. Although there is an increasing urgency for corporations to act on key issues from human rights to climate change there is a lack of substantial step change in performance. This seminar examines how corporations can shift their focus to execution whilst enhancing the value delivered both for the company and for stakeholders.
